2. Our 90-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a full 90-day return policy on all standard orders. This means you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, exchange, or refund. No complicated processes, no unnecessary delays — just straightforward championship-level customer service.
3. Items Eligible For Return
The following items are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery:
Standard championship belts in original condition Unopened and unused accessories Items received damaged or defective Items that do not match the product description Incorrect items received due to our error
4. Items Not Eligible For Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom championship belt orders once production has begun
- Personalized or engraved belt orders
- Items returned after 90 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
5. Condition Requirements For Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original unused condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- Item must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
6. How To Initiate A Return
Returning your order is simple. Follow these easy steps:
Step 1 — Email us at support@championsforgebelt.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2 — Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number
Step 3 — Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include your order number inside the package
Step 4 — Ship your package to the return address provided by our support team
Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:
You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return. Our team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email once processed
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your championship belt for a different design or size:
- Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery
- Item must meet all condition requirements listed above
- Contact us at support@championsforgebelt.com to arrange your exchange
- If the requested exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the requested exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
9. Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps immediately:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@championsforgebelt.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly
- You will not be required to return damaged or defective items in most cases
10. Custom Belt Orders
Custom championship belt orders are subject to a separate return policy:
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Personalized engravings and custom side plates cannot be returned. If your custom belt arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge. If we make an error on your custom order we will remake it free of charge. We strongly recommend reviewing your design proof carefully before approving production
11. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product — Champion's Forge will cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns
- Champion's Forge is not responsible for return packages lost in transit
12. Late Returns
Returns requested after the 90-day return window will not be accepted unless the item is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect beyond the 90-day window, please contact us at support@championsforgebelt.com and our team will review your case individually.
