9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Include your order number and photos in your email
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly

For Lost Packages:

  • We will investigate with the courier on your behalf
  • If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Champion's Forge is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address:

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update your address at no charge
  • If your order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply
